VoipAgain does not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or otherwise transfer any personal information collected through VoipAgain website, software or service to any third party outside the VoipAgain network. As voipAgain is a service jointly provided by adesiyan.com and idewales, your details will be used by these two companies only for the purposes of informing you of product/service updates from the companies and of changes to the voipAgain service.
Credit Levels
Although we do not charge for calls to many destinations, we still expect that credit levels should not fall below $1. Calls are monitored on a daily basis so that our servers send out an email to all account holders whose credit levels have fallen below $1. Concerned accounts will be disabled if a top-up is not added within 72 hours of the initial email notice.
Fair Use Policy
It is important to VoipAgain that all eligible VoipAgain customers are able to access our free calls. We reserve the right to vary the terms of the Fair Use Policy from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
The VoipAgain preferred sotfphone is not the property of voipagain nor it's parent companies. Your use of X-Lite is therefore subject to the terms of the owners of X-Lite. X-Lite is being provided to You free of charge. ACCORDINGLY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT VoipAgain, ITS AFFILIATES AND THE VoipAgain STAFF WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE
X-LITE SOFTWARE.
Our rights
VoipAgain may charge you a cost-price based rate for any subsequent calls to one of the free destinations, terminate your account, or deny the use of the VoipAgain service or features of it.
