Voipagain Call SHOP Solution
This new voipAgain Service allows the Agent to set call shop rates for customers coming to the shop to make calls. When a customer uses voipagain in a shop, a call receipt can be printed summarizing all the calls, times and rates to be charged. No longer will billing machines or hidden call logs be needed for call shop owners! Calls will be shown at the 'virtual rate' set by the Agents.

Our Call Shop Software allows the Agent or Shop Owners to add their employees to the Call Shop Software. Employees can access the call logs and print receipts for call shop customers.

Call Shop Agents/Shop Owners can:
- Track all phones and callers in real time
- Increase rates virtually that will earn them additional margin (these higher prices only appear on their printed receipts)
- Customize the printed receipts with the local currency and the Call Shop's name and address.
- Allow modified, minimal control panel access to their employees. You can also set the call shop selling price. You can choose which agents have access to certain features and if payment is not received,yo will be able to restrict access.
How to apply for Call Shop Services.
In order to become one of our Call Shop Agents, we require that you do the following:
- Complete the application form below to apply.
- As soon as your application is approved, you will need to pay an Agent Fee of $50 for Call Shop Services. Agent Fee for Call Shop Services is payable yearly.
- Once your agent account has been setup, we require a minimum deposit of $100 from which credit top-up for your customers will be deducted.
